The Cecily Parsley Figurine was produced in two Versions but Royal Albert only produced the Second Version. In this figure Cecily has her head up. She was modelled by Arthur Gredington and issued in 1989. This piece ran with the Royal Albert back-stamp BP-6a for four years until 1993.N.B. Cecily Parsley was issued with both a dark and a light blue dress.
